Using your card from a payphone has a 99¢ charge.
Some calling companies let you use the service from other countries. These countries would have a toll free number that you would call to access the service. Most of the phone cards have an expiration date of between 30 days and 2 years from the last time you used it. Most companies provide 24/7 phone customer service.
